Information on privacy
Dear Customer, Pursuant to and for purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, "Code regarding the protection of personal information," please be advised that by completing the registration form, the information you provide may be processed electronically, either directly or through third parties, for the following purposes:

1. To provide the service of issuing admission badges for Ritratti.com shows
2. Statistical purposes, sending printed or email advertising materials
3. Communication of new offers from the website www.ritratti.com
4. Email invitations to participate in market research and surveys, including on-line
5. Sending advertising, promotional or commercial materials via email, post, SMS or other channels of communication on and off line
6. Communication to subsidiaries, affiliates and investee companies in Delmar S.p.A., in Italy and abroad (EU countries), and processed there for the same purposes as those indicated above
7. Transfer to outside companies operating in the commercial sector that produce various goods and services, and to sponsors, in association with Delmar S.p.A., for purposes of allowing them to engage in promotional activities for their products/services. These parties, who are indicated in a constantly updated list available at Delmar S.p.A., Via Don Guanella, 13 22040 Alserio (CO), will process the information in a completely independent manner as separate processing holders.

The data will be processed remotely or by computer and may use third parties specially assigned by Delmar to perform said activity, who for this purpose are indicated as parties responsible for processing the information.

Please be advised that you may at any time request your name to be cancelled by accessing your user profile or by sending an email to privacy@ritratti.com, after registration.

With regard to processing your information, you may also at any time exercise the rights set forth in Chapter II (Rights of Interested Party) in Legislative Decree 196/03, Article 7 of which is reported below:

Article 7 (Right to Access Personal Information and Other Rights, former Art 13)

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not there is any personal information regarding him/her, even if not yet registered, and to receive it in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to know:
   • The origin of his/her personal information
   • The purposes and methods of processing
   • The logic applied if processing is through the use of electronic instruments
   • Identifying details of the holder, responsible parties and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2
   • The parties or categories of parties to whom personal information
3. The interested party has the right to:
   • update, adjust, or, if desired, supplement information
   • cancel, transform into anonymous form or block information processed in violation of the law, including that which is not necessary to retain for the purposes for which the information was collected or subsequently processed
   • receive a statement that the operations described in letters a) and b), including their content, were brought to the attention of those to whom the information was communicated or divulged, unless this requirement becomes impossible or would involve the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The interested party has the right to partially or totally object:
   • For legitimate reasons, to the processing of his/her personal information, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection
   • To the processing of his/her personal information for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or to perform market research or engage in commercial communications
